OTR Driving
Whether you want to stay out for two weeks at a time or one month at a time, our dispatch team wants to help structure your schedule for you! For our OTR drivers, there is some flexibility in where you can go based on the driver’s desire. Coordinate with dispatch and see what’s possible!
New Driver Training
Drivers fresh out of school or those who haven’t been behind the wheel in some time, look no further! We have a driver training program open to those who meet the eligibility criteria. We will match you with a trainer for the training period, and once that is complete you will need to pass a road test. After passing the road test, solo driving here you come! Employee Benefits
Transfleet works with a benefit broker to supply the option to enroll in benefits. The benefits offered are health, dental, vision, and other supplementary coverages. Along with insurance, we have also partnered with our payroll company to set up a 401k available for employees to begin funding. Other benefits include the Annual Summer BBQ and annual Christmas Party.
Regional Driving
Being a regional driver offers added home time for those with that preference. We have many drivers in the fleet (company and O/O) that are home most weekends. Driver pay is figured by % of each load, so the more flexibility & availability, the higher the earning potential. It truly is a performance-based pay structure.
Become a Mentor
Been driving for a while and looking for an opportunity to leave your mark on the up-and-coming truck-driving generation? Consider becoming a driver trainer or Mentor.
